Hello people.
My girlfriend is with rogers and had a old debt with them that was turned over to a collection agency which we paid in full a year later because we are trying too get a morgage she still has a rogers phone and is a customer at this time we decided to clear the debt which was $2500.00 all of which was roaming charges which was just stupid but we paid it. we decide to recheck equifax and transunion to make sure all is good before we go ahead it turns out rogers posted some mistery account from five years ago for $800.00 which they have no paper work or proof and will not remove it from transunion or equifax .We have called over 40 times and talked to supervisors non stop but nothing , we have tried to have it disputed from transunion and equifax and they just verified it. what does some one do when a company just says you owe them money has no proof and then tarnishes your credit?
