What a fantastic site. Rogers are such crooks.
I have a question. Currently I have rogers for wireless. The way that I got the account was that it was originally a family plan with 3 or 4 phones which my parents paid for, but then it got split so that I had my own account for one phone, my brother for another, etc. The family plan was on contract until some far off date. When I had part of the family plan transformed into my own account, I had to create a new account. I was NEVER notified that I would be on contract for 2 more years. and, I NEVER signed anything! But, do they consider you making the account an act of ¨signature¨?
I really want to get away of this nightmare of a company. Any helps?
